University Housing seeks applicants for an IT Technical Associate to coordinate and perform a variety of duties related to the management and daily maintenance of the University Housing Management System, StarRez, which supports the mission and significant operational goals of University Housing. This position will serve as the authority on these systems while providing functional support, coordination of information and data and expertise to other members of University Housing and the campus community.

 

Minimum Qualifications: Three years of experience managing multi-user database systems including some experience with Microsoft Office, SQL, and report-building tools.

 

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with the StarRez Housing Management System; Experience with other Housing/Occupancy Management Systems, including such functions as assignments/reservations, contracts, billings, conference/event management, and reporting; Familiarity with occupancy management; Experience with data management and interfaces; Experience writing SQL queries; Experience building complex statistical reports.
