Position Description:

Provides training consultation as part of new member orientation; aligns various trainings/certifications and educational opportunities throughout the state; assists in identifying valuable training opportunities for Green Iowa members; and participates in audit/weatherization activities with members.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required.

Required Qualifications:

At least two years of residential energy services experience required. Student experience will be considered.

Desirable Qualifications:

Experience with community engagement; excellent communication skills; and experience working with diverse populations preferred.
