Position Description:

Serves as administrative assistant for Athletics; leads, plans, organizes and coordinates special projects, events, and meetings for the department; assists the Athletic Director in prioritizing activities and events; responsible for budget oversight; responsible for game contract administration for all sports; serves as liaison to the Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) office; and provides back up to the Athletic Business Manager as needed.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required.

Required Qualifications:

At least three years of professional office management and event planning/coordination experience required. Strong written communication skills, excellent multitasking and organizational skills, and ability build relationships also required.
