Percent of Time/Week:100% Service Schedule:Academic Year + 8 Weeks

Position Description:

Provides coordination and supervision of general operation of retail outlets in Dining Services; responds to information from customers regarding quality of services; utilizes technology and systems to ensure compliance with departmental procedures, cost management, and inventory control; supervise staff, including hiring, training, evaluating and scheduling; and upholds and implements departmental policies.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in institutional, hotel, or restaurant management, dietetics, business management or related field required.

Desirable Qualifications:

At least one year of supervisory/management experience and food safety training and certification preferred. Student experience will be considered.
