Job Summary

Columbus State University has an opening for a Production Operator in the Department of Printing Services.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: operating a variety of production copiers, printers, printing and envelope presses, wide format, bindery equipment, addressing/mailing, and other related equipment.

Required Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma; excellent verbal and written communication skills; enjoyment in working with the general public; the ability to work responsibly without direct supervision; the ability to understand and effectively follow oral and written communication skills; and the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in offset printing and bindery is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.

Proposed Salary

The salary is commensurate with education and experience.
