Assoc. Vice President, Division of Student Affairs

Florida State University Division of Student Affairs seeks a dynamic and innovative Associate Vice President of Student Affairs. This is a critical position within the Division, supervising staff from the following areas: University Health Services, University Counseling Center, Center for Health Advocacy and Wellness, Campus Recreation, and the Dean of Students. The successful candidate will lead a holistic, multidisciplinary approach to student health and wellness, including both prevention and response initiatives and expand high-impact engagement initiatives through collaborative efforts.

 
Additionally, the AVP serves a critical role in student advocacy, leadership, staff development, strategic planning, student accountability, and campus culture; advances strategic goals and objectives for the Division of Student Affairs. Reporting to the Vice President for Student Affairs, the AVP joins a large and comprehensive Division of Student Affairs with over 225 full-time staff members and approximately 640 student employees.
