Under general direction of the Director, the Instructional Designer will be responsible for leading design projects that will transform learning and development into a more engaging and interactive process. The Instructional Designer will partner with leaders, stakeholders and subject matter experts to define needs, translate business requirements into performance-based learning and execute innovative learning strategies. The Designer will apply advanced adult learning theories into a practical application based training strategy and design learning strategies that will leverage e-learning and other delivery methods that will support the acceleration of learning and development.
