Part Time Attorney – Intellectual Property

Location: Waterbury, CT

Job Description: Responsible for handling intellectual property legal matters including the counseling, maintenance, and enforcement of owner’s intellectual property assets.
(Position ideal for retired attorney)

Requirements:

• Intellectual property law experience in private practice and/or corporate legal department.
• Broad based intellectual property law experience, including trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly translate into lay terms.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of intellectual property law experience.
• Commercial roofing construction experience a plus.
