Direct Hire, 2 nd Shift - Production Manager Opening
Wallingford area Injection Molding Manufacturer has an opening on their 2 nd shift production team for a hands-on supervisor. Making this perfect for the Production Manager who likes the management aspect, but also enjoys jumping in and working alongside their team!
The following experience is required:
* At least 5 years' experience in a Production Manager or Supervisor role
* Prior experience working in an injection molding manufacturing environment
* Strong knowledge of setting up and troubleshooting injection molds
* Ability to validate new molds
* Experience processing engineered resins
* Excellent communication skills
Salary based on experience
