City of Meriden Director of Human Resources The City of Meriden has an immediate opening for the position of "Director of Human Resources". This is a senior level leadership position within the City of Meriden reporting to the City Manager. The Human Resources Department has a staff of four full time employees including the Director and is supplemented in certain areas with the use of outside consultants. Prospective candidates should assume the position includes all traditional Human Resources functions and responsibilities in a municipality with an active workforce of 531 employees and eight collective bargaining agreements. The Department provides support to the BOE for wellness, non certified pensions, and workers compensation. The anticipated salary range for this position is between $110,000 & $120,000 depending on prior experience.
