Starting Salary Range: $20.35-$28.50/hour. Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Under the close supervision of the Director of Development (Annual Giving, Marketing, and Membership Programs), the Call Center Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the telephone outreach program, including hiring & training student staff, managing calling shifts, analyzing results, creating reports, reporting out to campus colleagues, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree OR equivalent education experience.
Ability to train, lead and motivate people.
Experience and/or sufficient skills to prepare, produce, and statistically analyze numerical or technical data.
Strong computer skills, preferably in a mixed Macintosh-Windows environment, with knowledge of common software programs, e.g., MS Office Suite.
Basic understanding of fundraising principles.
