Sr. Analyst, Enrollment Analytics

The Sr. Analyst for Enrollment Management will collect data and generate reports that are essential to Enrollment Management. Additionally, as the analyst masters the content of the reports and understands the metrics and behaviors that drive results within Enrollment Management, they will be expected to provide recommendations to management as it relates to additional reports and action plans that best drive conversion and improve performance of the Enrollment Management Team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support Enrollment Management with the creation and distribution of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
  • Collect data needed for analyses related to performance of the Enrollment Management team.
  • Lead projects related to the development of new reports and enhancement of existing reports.
  • Create specifications for new reports and provide to Business Intelligence as needed.
  • Assist in the validation of the output of new and existing reports.
  • Support Enrollment Management Team with ad-hoc reporting requirements and data collection requests.
  • Provide strategic guidance as it relates to pipeline management and other pertinent areas of performance.
  • Participate in annual budget and long-range planning process
  • Prepare ad-hoc analyses and establish business metrics for the executive leadership team
  • Produce analytical narratives of key findings, including actionable business recommendations
  • Work with internal clients to spec-out and execute customization of existing reports or creation of new reports
  • Proactively generate ideas for improvement in reporting as well as new ways of looking at information and opportunities presented by the data
  • Develop thorough documentation and process flows for reporting process
  • Automate manual processes as directed as well as seek out these opportunities and proactively make improvements


External Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; major in Finance or Statistics preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience with a track record of growth and success in business analytics and strategic planning
  • Proficiency in retrieving and analyzing data from large-scale relational database systems (SQL, ORACLE and Salesforce) using complex queries. Translate these complex data sets to actionable insights that for use by different business stakeholders.
  • Proficient in analyzing and visualizing information using data visualization systems such as Tableau, Power BI and Crystal Reports. Blend data from various data sources, Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and determine the interconnectivity of the various KPIs.
  • Thorough understanding of the architecture of CRM systems to analyze the data retrieved from these systems to support business decisions. Experience in marketing automation data and ERP systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of descriptive, time series and predictive statistical analysis. Familiarity with statistical tools such as SPSS, R is a plus.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel user.
  • Familiarity with ETL systems and reporting tools such as Cognos, SSRS and Crystal Reports.
  • Ability to adopt in a fast-paced business environment and work with cross-sectional functional teams in different time zones.
  • Ability to prioritize between competing business needs as per their urgency, impact and alignment of the organizational goals.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail required.
  • Ability to provide strategic recommendations based upon assimilation of available information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
