About the Position
Reporting to the Senior Director, Human Resources, the incumbent troubleshoots simple to complex PeopleSoft HCM problems using analytical skills and basic SQL. The incumbent works with customers and Information Technology Services to ensure system problems are effectively resolved. This position develops, maintains and documents custom HR databases and conducts research, analyzes information, responds to information requests, provides data in support of grievances, and ensures data integrity to support Human Resources and campus personnel. Incumbent plans and conducts research and analyzes confidential information to support campus personnel planning, data audits and requests. This position is also responsible for the testing of PeopleSoft HCM updates, fixes and new releases and running regular reports for HR staff. In addition, the incumbent participates in the upgrade and/or implementation of existing or new databases, including PeopleSoft.
