Distinguishing Career Features:
Reporting to the Director, Diversity, Compliance, and Title IX Coordinator, the Title IX Coordinator I is responsible for performing intake, providing referrals, and conducting investigations for cases alleging stalking, sexual assault, dating/domestic violence, sexual harassment, LGBTQ+ concerns, and pregnancy discrimination involving students and employees of the District. Title IX Coordinators may assist or conduct related training and programming.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training.

The hourly rate is $20.00/hour

Conditions of Employment:
These positions are temporary short-term, no to exceed 25 hours/week, 950 hours/year, and 175 days/year. Assignments are based on District needs.

Individual who is offered employment shall be required to obtain fingerprints for a criminal history clearance through the State Department of Justice, produce an original social security card, and submit negative TB test results (must be within the past four years or within the last 60 days if not previously employed in a school district in California) before employment.

Proof of eligibility to work in the United States and signing of loyalty oath per Government Codes 3100-3109.
