Summary of Job Duties
The Warehouse Assistant will pick up Surplus furniture/equipment from campus departments/buildings and transport to the Surplus Warehouse. The Assistant will be responsible for unloading the Surplus truck, checking in items, and pulling computer hard drives.

Minimum Qualifications: Please ensure that all relevant application materials include details addressing the minimum qualifications. Applicants not meeting the minimum qualifications will be disqualified from consideration.
  • The formal education of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be able to lift 50 .lbs
  • If a student, a current class schedule

Preferred Qualifications
  • Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Registry) driving record
  • Experience with removing computer hard drives will be helpful


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
  • Knowledge of the campus will be most beneficial
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to do required lifting (up to 50 lbs)
