Summary of Job Duties
The Department of Political Science at the University of Arkansas invites applications for 9-month Visiting Assistant Professor. The duties and responsibilities of this Visiting Assistant Professor position entail contributing to the teaching mission of the department and conducting research in a field related to Political Science. The teaching load is 3-3 with a focus on American national government, public administration, and public policy.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

  • Ph.D. in political science or a related field conferred by the start of employment
