Summary of Job Duties
The Office Manager (Admin Specialist III ) in New Student & Family Programs is responsible for coordinating office activities (payroll, travel, purchasing, etc); researching and preparing special reports; and developing, revising, and recommending administrative policies and procedures as directed by supervisor.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

- The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma
- At least one year of specialized training in business management, business education, or a related field
- At least three years of experience in specialized or a related field applicable to work performed

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with the University of Arkansas BASIS /RazorBuy systems (travel, payroll, vendor payment, etc.)
- Experience using the University of Arkansas UAConnect system
- Higher education work experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
- Proficient knowledge and skill using computers and software including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Well developed customer service skills
- Ability to establish and maintain filing and other record keeping systems
- Ability to operate standard office equipment
- Ability to analyze documents to determine compliance with rules, regulations, and procedures
- Highly organized with the ability to work on multiple tasks at any time
