Summary of Job Duties
The Maintenance Worker is responsible for mowing, trimming, and weedeating lawns at the University of Arkansas Fayetteville campus. This position will also clean flower beds, be responsible for snow/ice removal during winter months, and other grounds type work as needed. Other job duties assigned.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

- Groundskeeping experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
- Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment operation and maintenance

- Ability to use cleansers and other agents to clean floors and furniture
- Ability to use housekeeping cleaning supplies and equipment
