About the College/Department
The Department of Intercollegiate Athletics at the University of Arkansas sponsors 19 varsity sports programs (eight men's and 11 women's). These 19 programs include more than 460 student-athletes who participate in the various sports programs annually within the National Collegiate Athletics Association ( NCAA ). As the only mascot of its kind in college athletics, the Arkansas Razorbacks, also known as Hogs, compete in the NCAA's Division I ( FBS in football) and are a current member of the Southeastern Conference in the Western Division. The mission of the Razorback Athletic Department is to assist in the development of student-athletes to their fullest potential through intercollegiate athletics.

Summary of Job Duties
The Custodial Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and monitoring custodial and minor maintenance activities in building facilities. Other duties as assigned.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

• The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma
• At least two years of vocational training and/or experience in housekeeping

• Ability to supervise staff of custodial workers and semi-skilled maintenance repairmen
• Ability to supervise staff of subordinate supervisors, custodial workers, and semi-skilled maintenance repairmen

The worker is required to have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment. The worker is subject to both environmental conditions. Activities occur inside and outside., The worker is subject to vibration. Exposure to oscillating movements of the extremities or whole body.

Monday - Friday 6:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m. (schedule may vary based on department needs)
