Summary of Job Duties
The Helpdesk Operator is responsible for assisting faculty, staff, and students by providing hardware and software support in a help desk setting.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

  • The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma
  • The completion of technical training in computer science, data processing, or a related field, as might be acquired from a vocational, military, or industrial setting or related field

  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
