Summary of Job Duties
This position will learn/help to install and/or replace floors, cabinets, shelving, walls, ceilings, windows, doors, etc; installation and/or maintenance of all types of roofing. Learn/Help maintain and update locks, exit hardware, and security locking equipment in campus buildings.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job function of this job, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
