Summary of Job Duties
The Fiscal Support Analyst ( FSA ) is the primary Accountant for the Club Sports program. The job responsibilities for monthly reconciliation of club sports' cost centers, producing/archiving financial statements, and submitting requisitions, corresponding invoices and receiving. The FSA processes, approves, and archives club sports' PCard purchases. This position will provide financial data to club officers and program staff upon request. In addition, the FSA processes all departmental travel and claims; facilitate, log, and approve TCard purchases; and coordinate travel advance, reimbursement, and invoice notifications. The FSA conducts annual travel training for new professional staff, graduate assistants, and club sports' officers. This position will provide backup for the Fiscal Support Technician on deposits and process journal entries.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
