The College of Engineering is seeking Post Doc candidates. This link is an open submission process for all persons applying for a postdoctoral research position within the College of Engineering at the University of Alabama. Persons holding these positions are to conduct research with various faculty members on a variety of projects.

The College of Engineering at The University of Alabama has a pool for postdoctoral candidates. Periodically the College has postdoctoral research position vacancies under a variety of contracts and grants. Qualified individuals are being sought to establish a pool of readily available talented persons from which these vacancies can be filled as they occur. Persons holding these positions are to conduct research with various faculty members within the college on a variety of projects. The minimum requirement is a Ph.D. in one or more specialized fields within engineering or a closely related field. The appointments are non-tenure earning and are usually for one year, although renewal is possible. Interested persons should apply online at http://facultyjobs.ua.edu. Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on research experience.

Additional Position Information:
Candidates will be evaluated based on appropriate education (Ph.D. required) and skills to meet the requirements of the individual grants under which they will be employed and conduct research. Post Doc positions are non-tenure earning.
