ASSISTANT PROFESSOR. The Department of Psychology at the College of Charleston invites applications for a tenure-track position in Cognitive Psychology at the assistant professor level to meet the needs of an expanding department and enhance our cognitive research area. We are seeking a Cognitive Psychologist to teach courses in human cognition, introductory psychology, and related courses. Strong preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate a commitment to excellence in teaching and involve undergraduates in research. Review of applications for this position will begin on November 13, 2009, and the position will begin August 15, 2010. A Ph.D. in psychology is required.
