Assistant, Associate or Full Professor (HS Clin, Clin X, Adjunct, In-Residence) Hepatology

Faculty Position in Gastroenterology. The Department of Medicine (http://med.ucsd.edu) at University of California, San Diego is committed to academic excellence and diversity within the faculty, staff, and student body. The Division of Gastroenterology is actively recruiting a physician scientist.
Clinical responsibilities will include Hepatology, Transplant Hepatology and endoscopy.
Candidates must have an MD and have or be eligible for a California medical license or equivalent certification/permit as determined by the Medical Board of California. Candidates must have clinical training including completion of an accredited Hepatology fellowship with UNOS certification. Research interest and expertise must be in the area of clinical or laboratory based research in liver diseases.
The appropriate series and appointment at the Assistant, Associate or Full Professor level will be based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Salary is commensurate with qualifications and based on the University of California pay scales. Appointments may require candidates to be self-funded.
