Assistant Professor of Political Science (Methodology)

The Department of Political Science within the Division of Social Sciences at the University of California San Diego (http://polisci.ucsd.edu) invites applications in empirical political methodology for an appointment at the rank of tenure-track Assistant Professor to begin July 1, 2020. Applicants should demonstrate strong skills in quantitative methods, which may include one or more of the following: econometrics, applied statistics, causal inference, survey methodology, data science, computational social science. Successful candidates should hold a PhD in Political Science or related field by start of appointment.
