Work Study Student -Interlibrary Loan

Job Summary

This position will assist staff in the interlibrary loan department of the main library.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will pull books, journals, and microfilm from shelves; scan/fax articles; check books in/out; mail/pack books for shipping; open daily mail; and other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

The successful candidate must be able to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities; have strong attention to detail; possess the ability to adapt to new procedures/technologies; and exhibit initiative. The selected candidate must be enrolled for the semester.

Proposed Salary

This position is at a rate of $7.25 and will work up to 19 hours per week.

Work Schedule

Must be able to work at least 2 consecutive hours at a minimum of 3 days per week in the following time frame:

Monday - Thursday: 1pm - 5pm

Friday: 12pm - 3 pm
