Adjunct Instructor, Political Science

Position Title: Adjunct Instructor- Political Science

Department: Political Science

Job Summary: The Department of Political Science is looking for qualified part-time faculty to teach two undergraduate courses for the Fall 2019 semester - International Relations (Thursday 6:30-9:00pm).

In addition, the Political Science Department has ongoing teaching needs in the following areas: International Relations, Introduction to Comparative Politics, and regional courses concerning the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in Political Science or a closely related field, Doctorate or ABD preferred. Previous successful collegiate level teaching experience.

Essential Functions: Successful candidates may teach three to nine semester credit hours and assist students as needed. Teaching may occur during both the Fall and Spring semesters.

Required Application Documents: Resume, Cover Letter, References. We will be reviewing candidate materials immediately for the Fall 2019 semester International Relations course.
