Position Title: Adjunct Instructor of Economics

Department: Department of Economics, Accounting and Finance

Job Summary: The Adjunct Instructor will teach undergraduate-level economics courses: Principles of Microeconomics and Principles of Macroeconomics. Topics in microeconomics include demand and supply analysis, market failures and government intervention, consumer decision making, supply decisions by firms, industry structure, and the role of ethics in consumer and producer economics decisions. Topics in macroeconomics include economic growth, business cycles, unemployment, inflation, macroeconomic models, fiscal policy, the Federal Reserve System, banking, monetary policy, and the role of ethics in macroeconomics.

Minimum Qualifications: Masters degree, preferably in economics

Prior teaching experience

Essential Functions: Teach undergraduate level economics courses

Doctor degree
