Under general supervision of the Director of Institutional Research, the Senior Institutional Research Analyst has primary responsibility for supporting data collection, analysis, reporting and dissemination of information regarding diversity at the University of Delaware. This position supports all units on campus needing tracking, analysis and reporting of University diversity efforts. For the duration of the NSF HRD-ADVANCE-Institutional Transformation contract the incumbent's efforts will be allocated to that program in proportion to the grant funding (currently 50%) for the purpose of analysis and reporting of the ADVANCE efforts and outcomes. The incumbent will develop and implement best practices across all aspects of the University diversity data and assessment efforts. The position reports to the Director of Institutional Research with input for periodic review and annual appraisals from the Director of UD ADVANCE Institute.
