Adjunct Instructor, School of Professional Programs

Position Title: Adjunct Instructor

School: School of Professional Programs (SPP)

Job Summary: The School of Professional Programs at Marist College invites applications for part-time faculty in Accounting for Fall 2019 and beyond.

Minimum Qualifications: Relevant Master's level degree such as Master in Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Accounting MAcc); at least 5 years of college level teaching experience; competence in the use of instructional technology.

Essential Functions: Delivery Formats & Locations (3 sections in total; all courses taught in 8-week semesters): Fully online (1 section); blended course on Marist main campus in Poughkeepsie, NY (1 section); blended course at Marist Executive Center in midtown Manhattan (1 section); (Note: "blended" courses combine a weekday evening class every other week with online sessions every other week for a total of 4 evening sessions per 8-week semester per section).

Preferred Qualifications: Relevant terminal degree such as PhD in business, management, or accounting or Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA).
