Position Title: Lecturer / Senior Lecturer of Management

School: School of Professional Programs

Job Summary: The School of Professional Programs (SPP) at Marist College invites applications, expressions of interest, and nominations for a full-time opening in the field of Management. The position will commence on July 1, 2019, at the rank of Lecturer or Senior Lecturer. This position in generally in the field of Management with emphases in the areas of Strategy, Leadership, and Organizational Behavior. The selected candidate must be prepared to teach in various formats: face-to-face courses, blended courses (i.e., courses that combine face-to-face sessions with online components), and 100% online courses.

The selected candidate should also be available to in classrooms setting (primarily in the evening) at both the main campus of Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY, as well as at the Marist College Executive Center in midtown Manhattan, depending on the needs of the SPP.

Minimum Qualifications: Applicants should hold a PhD or similar terminal degree from a regionally accredited university in the United States or international equivalent.

Essential Functions: This is a full-time teaching position and appoints will be made for a twelve-month renewable period. This position does not lead to a tenure-track faculty role at Marist College. There are no expectations for research publications as this is a teaching position.
