Applied Health Physiology Site Coordinator


The Master of Science in Applied Health Physiology program at Salisbury University's School of Health Sciences is accepting applications for the 12-month non-tenure track position of AHPH Site Coordinator at the Universities at Shady Grove (USG).

Area of Specialization: Exercise Physiology

Primary Job Duties: Provide day-to-day administrative oversight for program functions at the USG location. Teach discipline-specific courses using distance learning technology and within lab settings. Serve as a contact for potential Applied Health Physiology students, work collaboratively with the program chair to admit qualified students, and serve as an academic advisor for students enrolled at USG.

Required Qualifications: Master's Degree in Exercise Science or health-related field; previous college teaching experience; National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) - Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification.

Preferred Qualifications: American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) - Exercise Physiologist Certified (EP-C) and/or Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CEP) certification(s). Higher education administrative/supervisory experience.
