Under the direction of the Vice President, Economic and Workforce Development, the Director provides leadership and managerial oversight for the Center for Applied Competitive Technologies (CACT).  Develops, coordinates and monitors education and training programs, technical assistance and technology transfer services offered by the CACT to educators and employers in the area.  Provides on-going research regarding potential opportunities in new technologies.

Minimum Requirements: 

Experience:

Five (5) years’ experience in program development, performance consulting or project management related to workforce training and education programs. Previous industry experience in manufacturing or advanced technology required.  

Education:

Possession of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business, education, engineering, industrial technology, or related field is required. Master’s Degree is desirable.
