The School of Nursing in the College of Nursing and Health Sciences at Auburn University at Montgomery invites applications from highly-motivated candidates for a full-time tenure-track or tenured position. This is a twelve-month, benefits-eligible position as a Full Professor in the School of Nursing commensurate with the candidate's qualifications. Responsibilities include participation in the development, instruction, and evaluation of baccalaureate through doctoral courses; academic advising; and evidence of a program of research and scholarship. Applicants should possess excellent oral and written communication skills and must also show evidence of collaborative interdisciplinary partnerships that will advance the science in health outcomes of individuals, families and communities, and in teaching the next generation of nurses, educators, researchers, and innovators. The School seeks candidates whose research, teaching, and service reflect an integration of diversity and inclusion. The incumbent is expected to fully participate in School of Nursing faculty meetings and serve on faculty committees. The anticipated start date for this position is August 2019.
