Position Title: Assistant Professor of Communication, Strategic Communication

Department: Communication and the Arts

Job Summary: We invite applications for a full-time tenure-track assistant professor in Communication, specializing in strategic communication to begin in the fall of 2019. Candidates will teach courses that align with his/her expertise, selected from a range of courses including introductory courses in public relations and advertising, media strategy, research methods, data insights and analytics.

Minimum Qualifications: A Ph.D. in communication or related discipline

Preferred Qualifications: Experience teaching at the college level with graduate or online teaching a plus; professional experience in public relations, advertising or integrated marketing communication
