Reporting to the Head Field Hockey Coach, the primary responsibilities of this position is to enhance the field hockey program and to instruct and counsel student-athletes in the field hockey program.

Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree or bachelor's degree with experience equivalent to an advanced degree. International Level B Diploma or Level 3 Coaching Certification. Previous coaching experience at both university and international levels. Experience at a national and international level in on-field coaching and workout organization. Experience at a University level in talent assessment and recruitment of qualified student-athletes. Demonstrated ability to monitor the academic progress of team members. Commitment to compliance with Conference and NCAA rules. Working knowledge of co-fundraising and promotion of the field hockey program within the community. Good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
International Level B Diploma or Level 3 Coaching Certification in the sport of field hockey. Knowledge of and connections with top international junior leagues (Holland/Europe/Australia). Dutch language proficiency.
