Assistant Director of Sports Performance

Reporting to the Director of Sports Performance, the primary responsibility of this position will be the management and training of the comprehensive strength and conditioning programs and student-athletes as assigned by the Director of Sports Performance.

Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree or bachelor's degree with experience equivalent to an advanced degree. Substantial experience working with the strength and conditioning/sports performance sector of Division I Athletics football or NFL program. Certification through a nationally recognized strength and conditioning programs ( SCCC , CSCS , USAW Level 1, and/or FMS Level 1). CPR / AED certifications. Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Division I field hockey and lacrosse. Nutritional certification through accredited organization.
