Responsibilities of the Entrepreneur in Residence include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Collaborate with incubators, accelerators and other entrepreneurial support organizations to provide the campus with resources.
• Find, meet, track, and monitor a pipeline of prospective companies that could be good candidates for support.
• Work with the College President to further develop the vision of the institution around this field and for future donor opportunities to sustain the initiative.
• Work with the Coordinator of Entrepreneurship Programs and High School Enrichment Activities to create programmatic opportunities on and off campus and to assist with managing a physical "start-up" space designed for collaboration and idea development.
• Work with the Director of Alumni Relations to build a network of resources within the College's 16,000+ alumni.
• Work with various faculty members to connect students and curriculum ideas that support social entrepreneurship.
• Work with student clubs and organizations, including the Social Entrepreneurship Club and the Business Management Club.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and extensive experience with startup opportunities and go-to market strategies required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work on campus for the equivalent of 2-3 days/evenings per week to meet needs of students, faculty and staff looking to engage in this area.
• Extensive background in startup experience.
• Understanding of the landscape of the greater Boston area.
• Access to social change organizations.
• Access to an established network of contacts in fields related to social entrepreneurship.
