Summary:
Perform a wide variety of duties relating to enrollment of the new freshman cohort. Responsible for regional travel, territory management and follow up with inquiries, applicants and enrolled students, will create a student-friendly admissions process. Perform evaluation of required credentials (application, high school transcript, SAT/ACT scores if submitted, reference letter) on applicants. Assist the Director of Admissions with scholarship and enrollment decisions for students applying to Keuka College.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Communicate information about Keuka College majors, field period, faculty, student life, NCAA DIV III athletics and other admissions related materials and processes.
- Conduct campus tours, student interviews, and other activities necessary to supporting enrollment-for prospective students and their parents visiting campus.
- Work closely with admissions team to meet FR student enrollment goals. Manage communications process for inquiries and applicants.
- Input student information and maintain student files in college database as needed.
- Forecast, track, and report enrollment progress for current term.
- Decision applicants and award scholarship if criteria met.
- Participate in Admissions events to include: Fall Open House, Saturday Showcases, Holiday Visits, Spring Accepted Student Day, Junior Preview Day, Summer Visitations, and New Student Orientation.
- Supervise the work of student assistants as required.
- Travel to participate in high school and college fairs, conferences, and meetings as required.
- Responsible for ensuring that assigned tasks are completed in compliance with various institutional and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times towards co-workers, internal and external customers, representing Keuka College, its programs, policies and procedures in a positive and professional manner. Maintain effective working relationships to ensure institution-wide teamwork.
- Attend provided/necessary trainings and other meetings to support effectiveness within the position as required.
- Consistently demonstrate high standards of integrity by supporting the Keuka College mission, vision and values and adhering to institutional policies.
- Maintain high regard for student privacy in accordance with the FERPA privacy policies and procedures.
- Regular and reliable attendance is expected and required.
- Perform other functions as assigned by leadership and management.

- Some performance of job duties will require travel to branch campus locations.
- Some evening hours and occasional weekends.
