Project Manager, Talent Management Solutions

Position Summary:
The project manager leads in the deployment of technology solutions that support talent acquisition, management and development across the university. The position will be a project manager and expert in the deployment of talent management solutions and in developing training, standards, and resources for Human Resources professionals in recruiting, staffing, classification, compensation, and employee relations. The initial focus will be on the deployment of a new talent acquisition platform for use across campus and on meeting the critical training needs of human resources generalists and managers across the university. The project manager will be responsible for specifying user needs, working with technical and subject matter expert teams, and ensuring that technical solutions meet the business requirements.

Required Qualifications:
-Master's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, industrial and organizational psychology, or similar program or bachelor's degree in similar fields with significant related experience and training.
-Experience demonstrating understanding of human resources principles and practices or similar administrative processes.
-Ability to work in a cooperative, agile, team-based environment.
-Background in developing and sharing technical or training procedures.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience with talent acquisition technology and related talent management technologies.
-Experience in training users, creating user documentation, or in project management.
-Knowledge of project management tools such as flow charts, and Gantt charts etc.
-Experience in launching and supporting enterprise wide software solutions.
