Work Study Student-Communications

Job Summary

Columbus State University has an opening for a Work Study student in the Department of Communication. Position will assist students, staff and faculty with various office-related needs in the department.

Responsibilities

Helping with typing, sending emails, answering telephone, filing, making copies and deliveries and providing assistance to internal and external customers as requested by Department Chair.

Required Qualifications

The student must be currently enrolled with a Federal Work Study Award notification, and a Federal Work Study Job Eligibility Form from the Office of Financial Aid. Student should possess excellent oral, written and organizational skills; strong attention to detail, be self-motivated, and be computer literate.

Proposed Salary

Federal work study hourly rate. This position will work up to 19 hours per week.
