Job Summary

This position will assist COOL staff in supporting the development of multimedia and materials for courses wishing to add an online component.

Responsibilities

Assist faculty in creating and editing multimedia for their courses; create tutorials and training documentation as needed; assist faculty with the use of CougarVIEW; create captions for media and ensure ADA compliance; assist visitors conducting business in the office; answer main telephone in the absence of department personnel; transfer telephone calls to appropriate personnel or record appropriate message and other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Good computer skills, excellent communication skills and detail oriented. Multimedia and video development skills needed. Online course and learning management system experience a plus.

Proposed Salary

The salary is commensurate with education and experience. This position will work up to 19 hours per week.
