Job Purpose
Teach undergraduate and graduate courses for the Department of Decision Sciences & Management.

Essential Functions
Teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels, in the area of in the area of Business Analytics/Operations Research/Management Science. Scholarly activity consistent with AACSB standards. Service to the department, university, and profession.

Minimum Qualifications
Earned doctoral degree in Business Analytics, Operations Research, Management Science, or a related field from an AACSB-accredited institution (ABDs nearing completion will be considered). Teaching/research focus on Business Analytics. Excellence in teaching and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to publish research in peer-reviewed journals.

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of optimization software (e.g., R, Python, RapidMiner, SAS) and prescriptive analytic techniques. Ability to teach online and/or hybrid courses.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Commensurate with education and experience. Full-time, nine-month, tenure-track position to begin August 1, 2019.
