Full-Time Tenure Track Faculty Position, Asst. Professor Level
The Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Pharmacology at the University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine invites applications for full-time tenure track faculty positions at the Assistant Professor level.
We are seeking candidates with strong academic accomplishments in cellular/molecular biology and immunology, to complement our departmental research strengths. The department interests include head and neck cancer metabolism and immunotherapy, stem cell biology related to immunology, cell-based disease modeling and therapy, and tissue regeneration and repair. A strong track record of extramural grant funding, as well as an interest in teaching basic sciences to dental students, are encouraged.
Applicants with a PhD or dual degree equivalent ( DMD / DDS -PhD, MD-PhD, DVM -PhD) are invited to submit a statement of research and teaching interests, curriculum vitae, and names with contact information for three references.
