History and Sociology of Science Professor/Associate Professor

History of Science: The Department of the History and Sociology of Science at the University of Pennsylvania seeks to appoint a distinguished scholar, Associate Professor or higher, to our outstanding and intellectually diverse community. The department has a thriving PhD program, two important and successful majors, and an excellent track record in placing our graduates. The successful candidate will be engaged with the history of science broadly conceived, in any time period or place, and will have a record of significant research, influential publications, and effective teaching.
