Lander University’s William Preston Turner School of Nursing is seeking applications for a full-time non-tenure track faculty position to begin January 2019. 

Qualifications: Unencumbered South Carolina Registered Nurse License. Master of Science in Nursing required, Master of Science in Nursing Education preferred. Current BLS certification. Experience in didactic classroom delivery preferred. At least 2 years of experience as a registered nurse within the last 5 years. Preference given to candidates with prior experience instructing student nurses in a clinical or laboratory setting or serving as a preceptor for students or new graduates. Strong fundamental skills preferred.  Effective time management and communication skills are required.

 

Responsibilities: Didactic teaching, advising, clinical instruction in off-campus clinical settings and on-campus laboratory settings.  Other duties as assigned.

 


Hire Range: $45,000 - $50,000 (9 month contract salary)
 
Contract Dates: January 2- May 15
