TES Client Services Representative

**Temporary Employment Services (TES), a unit of the Auburn University Department of Human Resources, is an in-house support center established to meet the temporary employment needs of the university. TES provides qualified and dedicated temporary employees in a wide variety of occupations to meet the staffing needs throughout the campus. Temporary employees are hired for a variety of reasons with the most common being:

-Assistance in the place of a regular employee who is absent for a specified period of time
-Additional assistance during periods of abnormal or peak workloads
-Assistance with special projects
-Seasonal work
-Emergencies

The College of Veterinary Medicine Department of Clinical Sciences is currently seeking Client Services Representatives. This position is responsible for clerical duties related to veterinary care and treatment, processes invoices and payments, directs incoming phone calls, and provides appropriate support to veterinary team. Processes clients' animals for admission into and discharge out of Auburn University Veterinary Teaching Hospitals. Provides accurate and appropriate response to the needs of our clients to ensure satisfaction within the Veterinary Teaching Hospitals. The successful candidate will be comfortable in close proximity to companion animals as some team members will be assigned in examination rooms and treatment areas. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: Dogs, Cats, Birds, Reptiles and various small mammals.

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum qualification(s) include:

-High School Diploma or GED
-Previous experience working in administrative support in a healthcare environment
-Knowledge of medical terminology

Desired Qualifications
Desired qualification(s) include:

-Previous experience working in a veterinary office
