The Associate Director of Construction & Manufacturing will oversee all construction and manufacturing programs. They also will manage the daily operations of construction and manufacturing courses.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Manages the daily operation of construction and manufacturing programs
- Develop course offerings for construction and manufacturing
- Develop innovative strategies to create and ensure student, teacher, and director needs and goals are met
- Create and maintain best practices to identify and incorporate cost-effective solutions
- Develops strategies to meet the needs of business clients to ensure we are meeting workforce demands
- Develops policies and procedures as it relates to construction and manufacturing
- Hire and evaluate instructors for construction and manufacturing courses
- Prepare monthly program reports for the Director of Workforce
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or licensure and certified credentials in construction and manufacturing
- Five years or more experience in construction and manufacturing
Preferred Qualifications
- Five years of supervisory experience
