Summary of positions responsibilities:
- Provides testing services to all students during day weekend hours
- Proctor distance education/departmental exams for BCCC and other colleges
- Administers ACCUPLACER, CLEP, CLT and other tests
- Set up computers and check students before testing
- Receive and process test scores faxed from other colleges
- Record and file all incoming exams and communicate information to the staff
- Inform faculty about the details/process of receiving and administering exams
- Submit monthly reports, answer telephones and email inquiries
Required Qualifications
Minimum Education and Training Requirements:
- Associates Degree or a minimum of 60 credits towards a Bachelor's degree
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in computer-based testing, testing administration, test security procedures and confidentiality procedures in higher education or related field
- Proficiency in the use of software applications (MS Office Suite), the internet and office equipment
- Knowledge of student information systems preferred
